Job Descriptions Understanding customer enquiries/ requirements Sending enquiries to suppliers, follow ups for offers, offer feedbacks Preparing costing and supplier offers comparison Negotiating for price and delivery from time to time Maintaining suppliers credentials, certificates, reports, data bank Maintaining supplier / vendor database New Supplier development Preparing ISO documents, MIS reports, presentations Checking and handling supplier Invoices and import shipment documents Managing technical documents (coordinating with QC team) Preparing Purchase Orders in ERP system Inter department communication, follow ups Should have Microsoft Office experience (Intermediate Excel, Power point, MIS reports),
