About Executive - Sales Support Roles & Responsibilities Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals, and internal meetings. Translate technical or strategic content into clear, compelling visual slides. Ensure consistency in formatting, style, branding, and message alignment. Collaborate with the sales and business development team to understand the messaging and tailor decks accordingly. Maintain and update the central repository of sales templates and pitch decks. Assist in formatting Excel charts, graphs, and dashboards when required. Support quick-turnaround requests and revisions with speed and accuracy. Requirements Prerequisites: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Design, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields preferred). 01 year of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance work acceptable). Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with MS Office Suite. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop) is a plus. Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and formatting skills. Good command of written English and business communication. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
