Job Description
You will be responsible for meeting doctors and paramedical staff to detail the company's products and implement promotion strategies. You will conduct territory market audits regularly with distributors, hospitals, and retailers to evaluate potential and competitors. Promotional activities should be conducted as necessary, after obtaining appropriate approvals from superiors. Your main focus will be on achieving sales targets set by the company. This includes booking orders to ensure product availability at hospitals, distributors, and retailers. You must adhere to the company's norms regarding working hours, hospital and distributor visits, as well as the frequency and pattern of your work. To increase the sales and market share of the company's products, you will need to properly detail the products to doctors and paramedical staff. Regular meetings with distributors are also essential. Providing hospital/distributor data banks to company authorities and ensuring proper coverage of the designated area are crucial tasks. The salary offered for this position is an annual CTC of 3,00,000 to 3,60,000 INR.
