Job Description
As an Executive Sales Representative at SUBHAG HealthTech, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding market presence in Chennai and nearby areas. Your primary responsibilities will include visiting gynecologists, IVF clinics, fertility centers, and women's hospitals to promote Androwash India's first portable IUI Micro-Lab-in-a-box. By conducting live product demonstrations, in-clinic awareness campaigns, and educating healthcare professionals about our innovative medical device, you will contribute to addressing male infertility issues discreetly and conveniently. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing SUBHAG HealthTech at industry events. Your day-to-day activities will involve meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely installation post-sales. Success in this role will require effective coordination with the Head Office for dispatch, training, and post-sales support, as well as the ability to independently achieve monthly sales targets and submit detailed field activity reports. To excel in this position, you should possess sales and business development expertise, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and proficiency in market research and analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a track record of meeting sales goals and working autonomously. Prior experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
