Key Responsibilities: Bulk/Batch Manufacturing: Assist in the formulation, development, and optimization of bulk and batch manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and quality of FMCG products. Production Planning & Control (PPC): Support the planning and execution of production schedules to meet delivery targets, ensuring the availability of raw materials and resources while minimizing production downtime. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste management through analysis and troubleshooting, contributing to overall manufacturing efficiency. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Work with quality teams to ensure that manufacturing processes meet strict regulatory standards and safety protocols. Data Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor production metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in both manufacturing and PPC processes. Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions to improve production flow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall system performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams such as supply chain, quality control, and operations to ensure seamless production flow and timely deliveries. Education & experience required: A fresh graduate with a degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.). A passion for manufacturing processes and a keen interest in bulk/batch production techniques. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Effective communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and a proactive approach to process improvement.
