No. of vacancies: Term of Employment: Permanent Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical. No. of years of Relevant Exp. reqd.: BE with Min 10 Years of experience in Maintenance ( Minimum 5 years in steel melting shop is a must) Specialization: Plant Maintenance Electrical Equipments and Substation in Steel Melting shop/plant Experience Requirements: Experience in handling electrical maintenance of a Steel melting shop (SMS). Should have handled a team of minimum 100 maintenance staff. Should have the knowledge of maintenance process and engineering. Should have experience in setting up maintenance plan, maintenance procedures, check sheets etc. Should have knowledge of environmental, health and safety requirements in a Steel Industry. Should be able to keep the operations compliant to local laws Experience in identifying the spare part requirements and building up the spare part inventory for smooth running of the plant Should be open to working in a new environment and adapting to the work culture and learning how to get the work output Should have experience in handling a maintenance Contract Shall handled legal Issues, HR issues and IR issues Should be resourceful person. Should guide the team in case of any technical difficulty. Should have knowledge of FMECA/RCFA/BD analysis, MIS system, CMMS etc. Good client management skills, convincing personality, smooth interaction with clients is must. Shall have the good knowledge of field instrumentation, automation system in SMS. Should have hands on maintenance experience and thorough knowledge of equipments like; HT/ LT Switch Gear, HT/ LT Motors, Transformers, LV/ MV Drives, PLC and SCADA, Electrical and Control Circuits, PCC and MCC panels, Power Electronics, Etc. Should have working experience, good understanding and knowledge of following equipments: Converter in SMS Transfer car mechanism, Ladle furnace, Tilting stand, Over head cranes, Continuous casting shop, Slab caster, Bloom caster, Twin hearth furnace.
