You will be responsible for driving sales and growth for key Beauty & Skin Care brands in India, leveraging your 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management. Your main duties will include managing relationships, implementing strategies, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will involve managing and expanding relationships with key Beauty Brands, meeting sales targets and KPIs, developing and executing account-specific sales strategies, negotiating promotions and agreements, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining alignment with other departments like Finance, legal & SCM. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have proven experience in key account management within the retail industry.
