Job Description
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development of new products, focusing on packaging, sizing, and designing. You will need to be a creative individual with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technical specifications. You will be responsible for developing detailed product specifications and design documents, conducting market research to stay updated with the latest design trends and competitor products, and working with graphic designers to create packaging designs. Additionally, you will design and develop packaging solutions that protect the product and enhance its market appeal, source and evaluate packaging materials and suppliers, and collaborate with the design team to create innovative product designs that meet market demands. You will also need to develop accurate product sizing and specifications, coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications: - Any bachelor degree Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development, packaging, or design. - Proven experience in managing product development projects from concept to completion. - Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements for product packaging. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. Required Skills: - Strong creative and design skills. - Proficiency in design tools. - Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
