We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO in handling day-to-day tasks, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and communications. Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing the CEO's calendar by scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. You will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics. Additionally, you will assist in preparing materials for meetings, handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, and perform various administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and expense reporting. You will play a key role in organizing and coordinating events, both internal and external, ensuring all details are managed flawlessly. Accompanying the CEO on frequent travels within the city and occasionally outside the city will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting a C-level executive. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software are required. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently within the city are also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, as well as familiarity with travel booking systems and event planning. The position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift fixed from Monday to Friday. As part of the application process, we would like to know your English communication skills on a scale of 1-5, your comfort level with frequent business travel within the city, your salary expectations between 16000 to 20000 per month, and your proficiency in Excel, email writing, and MS Office.
