Job Description
The responsibilities of this role include managing schedules, prioritizing functions and appointments, providing material and background information to prepare the President for meetings, ensuring meeting deadlines are met, interacting with senior officers, community members, and other personnel, preparing various documents on behalf of the President such as proposals, reports, letters, presentations, and databases, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating good office managerial skills, monitoring and tracking documents, projects, and tasks, filing and maintaining up-to-date records of all documents and correspondences of the President's office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location is in person.,
