Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the executive level.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Track deadlines, prepare status updates, and support project coordination
- Perform general administrative duties such as expense reporting, filing, and data entry
- Handle ad hoc tasks and personal errands as required (optional)
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with calendar management tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion)
- Background in [industry-specific experience, if applicable]
