RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to Senior Management. Expertly manage calendars, appointments, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Attend to phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Must be flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi in the future. Strong presentation and communication skills. Female candidates preferred.
