Key Responsibilities: Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel spreadsheets. Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and pivot tables to generate reports and analyze data. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency. Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases. Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors. Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Complete tasks within designated timelines and prioritize workload effectively. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications: 12th, Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. Basic understanding of computer operations and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Excel functions like VLOOKUP, filtering, and sorting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
