Key Responsibilities Event planning & execution: Develop detailed event timelines, manage logistics (permits, transportation, accommodations), and oversee setup, execution, and teardown. Vendor management: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors for catering, AV, decor, etc. Budget management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective outcomes. On-site management: Supervise on-site operations, handle last-minute changes, and troubleshoot issues. Post-event analysis: Conduct debriefs and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
