Experience: 1+ Years Location: [Bangalore Location] Employment Type: [Full Time] Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Escrow Management & Analysis: Monitor escrow accounts for shortages or surpluses and take appropriate actions. Ensure accurate and timely tax disbursement to appropriate authorities. Mortgage Research & Servicing: Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing regulations and investor guidelines. Post-Closing & Loan Servicing: Perform quality checks on loan documents after closing. Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan files in accordance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to address any post-closing discrepancies. Delinquency & Loan Servicing: Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in loss mitigation efforts. Work with borrowers to resolve delinquency issues through appropriate channels. Maintain accurate loan records and update systems as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: Strong understanding of escrow analysis, tax disbursements, and loan servicing operations. Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, Fiserv, etc.). Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as RESPA, CFPB, and investor requirements.
