About Early Steps Academy
Job Description
As a YLP Builder at Early Steps Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving a movement to reach 2 million more children by leading local outreach and awareness campaigns. Your responsibilities will include pitching the confidence-building program to schools and communities, tracking leads, conversions, and impact, as well as co-creating growth ideas with ESAs HBS + IIT founding team. For every child you onboard to the mission, you will earn rewards. This opportunity offers real exposure to scaling a global edtech platform, mentorship from top operators, and training in sales, storytelling, and growth strategies. You will also receive national recognition on the Builder Leaderboard, a YLP Builder Card, Letters of Recommendation, and access to paid ESA gigs.
