As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems across multiple clients. You will be responsible for understanding the client's business needs, configuring ERP solutions to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support post-deployment. Your expertise in various ERP modules will ensure seamless integration and functionality across departments, leading to improved business operations. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience: 1-4 Years - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field - Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of ERP systems - Hands-on experience in modules such as Financial Management, Inventory, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing, construction and e-commerce - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to map business requirements to system functionality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and stakeholders - Proficiency in SQL and database environments such as Oracle or SQL Server - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently Preferred Qualifications: - ERP certifications - Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams - Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration with third-party systems Interested candidates can directly share their resume on yashashree@tayanasolutions.com or contact on 9669647549.
