It processes reference data and corporate actions of securities of companies from all over the world. This information is useful for the back offices of financial intermediaries. Bahar also carries out live remote database updates for companies providing niche financial information products. Job Location: Bahar Infocons Pvt. Ltd. 1st Floor, Moderna House 88-C, Old Prabhadevi Road, Mumbai 400 025 Tel: 022 66 10 10 10 Job Description: Equity & Fixed Income Maintain master information of financial instruments issued globally. Research offer documents, corporate disclosures and annual reports. Process Equity Corporate Actions e.g. Dividend, Bonus, Takeover, Merger. Manage Fixed Income Reference Data e.g. Issue details, Interest terms, Call Schedule, Benchmark Process Fixed Income Corporate Actions e.g. Interest, Redemption. Basic Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate with Commerce or Finance background.
