Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation and identify potential clients.?
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.?
• Manage client databases and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with teams to meet monthly sales targets.
• Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients
• Build and nurture long term client relationships for retention and new business.
• Ensure all the activities are in adherence as per compliance and risk.
• Execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing Pre trade post trade confirmation.
• Selling Advisory (TGS/IAP/MTF) products to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• NISM Series VIII (8)Certification is mandatory.
• Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience in dealing desk
• Knowledge of broking and operational processes.
• Good communication skills.
