Job Description
The Company Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client is working together to source an experienced and qualified Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of mining equipment. This role is residential and will be based in Oman. The Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies. Manage and Supervise the operations of the underground mining workshops. Led a team of technicians and mechanics. Ensure all plants and equipment are maintained to a satisfactory standards. Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime. Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground mining equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering or related field. In-depth Knowledge of underground mining equipment, repair processes and safety regulations.
