This is a full-time, on-site role with a Top MNC for Experience Epsilon Loyalty Management resources at various levels and locations, based in India, US, and other locations. Your responsibilities will include managing and implementing Epsilon Loyalty Management systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance in loyalty management solutions. Your daily tasks will involve system configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis, and providing support for loyalty program enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have experience and expertise in Epsilon Loyalty Management systems. Technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis are essential. Additionally, project management and team collaboration skills are required to effectively work with different teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills will be beneficial in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
