Data collection and analysis for projects under the heads of Green Buildings. Environmental Impact Assessment, Energy Auditing, etc. Coordinate the process of report writing and compilation of documentation of Consent to Establish & Consent to Operate. Take complete charge of EC & EIA projects in the real estate sector. To make a presentation to SEAC / SEIAA regularly & independently. Research work and related activities towards successful implementation of environmental projects Coordinate for NABET related activities. Updation and skill-building on new environmental technologies Work alongside Coordinator EIA Projects & facilitate environmental project implementation Lead the communication channel between inter departments within the organization and outside with external clients and consultants alongside the Coordinator EIA Projects. Getting work done completed from the team members, set targets & delegate tasks within the team & achieve results accordingly. Preferred Skills: Experience of working individually and in the team. Good Analysis and documentation skills. A keen eye to details. Report Writing Skills. Good communication skills. Self-Initiator, Sincere and Punctual. Inclined towards learning and effort towards self-improvement. Inclined towards meeting deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
