Job Position: HSE Manager Job Location: Barmer, Rajasthan Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Environmental & Fire Safety. Experience: 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas Operations. Please find the below Job Description: Review Risk hazard analysis and ensure to follow initial safety and security procedures. Ensure to follow site Specific O&M, Emergency Procedure, Environmental Procedure and Environmental support Plan. Ensuring the safety of the plant and all the plant O&M staff by adhering to HSE&F management system at site. Total compliance to HSE&F commitment Closely monitor the Cairn HSE&F MS implementation through periodic audits and reviews and follow up for implementing the recommendations. Continuously strive to improve HSE&F performance through goal setting and measurement by developing Annual HSE&F plan, communicating the plan, and supporting the assets in developing detailed management programs to achieve the plan. Closely monitor the progress of the plan and assist the Asset & Functional Managers to deliver their plans. Issue HSE&F MIS data to top management by 7th of every month. Review and implement HSE&F training plan and conduct HSE&F training to all personnel at site. Ensure development of construction and contractor specific HSE&F manuals and procedures. Conduct periodic HSE&F campaigns to create greater awareness. Implement reward and recognition process at site to motivate site team to adhere HSE&F regulations. Review and implement the recommendations for the incidents investigated. Prepare action plan to reduce hazardous incidents at site.,
