Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Executive located in Amaravati. The Executive will be responsible for fostering innovation and entrepreneurial culture within the university. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and managing entrepreneurship programs, mentoring students and faculty on start-up initiatives, building partnerships with industry and academic collaborators, securing funding for innovative projects, and organizing workshops and events to promote entrepreneurial activities. The role also involves monitoring the progress of start-ups and providing strategic guidance for their growth. Qualifications Experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and start-up ecosystem Skills in developing and managing entrepreneurship programs and initiatives Expertise in building industry and academic partnerships Proficiency in securing funding for innovation and start-up projects Strong organizational and event management skills Excellent mentorship and advisory skills for students and faculty Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related field; Ph.D. is a plus Experience in the education sector is an advantage,
