Job Description: The Rajkumar College, Rajkotone of the leading residential schools in Indiais seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lady English/Science Teacher cum House Mother to join our academic and pastoral team. a dual-role residential position, combining classroom teaching with pastoral responsibilities in a boarding house. As a House Mother (Housemistress), you will: Oversee the welfare, discipline, and daily life of students in your assigned boarding house Provide emotional support and guidance, acting as a mentor and role model Organize and participate in house events, cultural activities, and inter-house competitions Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment As a Subject Teacher (English or Science), you will: Teach assigned classes in English or Science as per the curriculum Develop engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality classroom instruction Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and support Encourage holistic learning and critical thinking among students Desired Qualifications: Relevant academic degree in English or Science Previous experience in a residential school setting is an advantage Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Passion for mentoring and working with young learners Salary Range: Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and comparable to similar league residential schools.
