We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Quality Analyst-English to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our training team, you will play a key role in evaluating and mentoring new tutors, providing high-quality training, and ensuring the ongoing growth and performance of both tutors and trainees. Position: Quality Analyst-English Minimum Qualification Required: B.Ed / MA (Lit.) / BA (English) Location: F-4, Okhla Phase 1, Delhi Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri) Timings: 10 AM- 6.30 PM (flexible) Roles & Responsibilities: - Evaluation of written tests for new applicants - Interviews of new applicants (Forwarded by HR team) - Assigning training assignments to trainees - Reviewing the submitted assignments and providing perceptive feedback - Creating training modules/Documents for the new trainees - Calls/meetings on a regular basis with the trainees as well as tutors - Catering to the doubts and concerns of the team - Keeping a close eye on the attendance/productivity of the team - Completing internal reviews for the tutors to identify and rectify any quality concerns - Identifying any tutors with serious quality concerns for additional training - Identifying and resolving any error patterns from quantitative/qualitative data of tutors (Ratings, A%, O%, Reviews (Minimal/Elevated/Critical) etc. - Maintaining internal trackers for tutors & trainees - Taking responsibility for tutors performance and growth Mandatory Skills: - Excellent communication in English (written & oral) - Good training skills ability to train thoroughly, fluently, and confidently, answer questions posed by tutors/trainees politely and professionally Desired Skills: - Basic knowledge about excel/sheets About Trivium: Trivium is a 5000+ people strong company.
