Engineering Supervisor K and K Infratech Company

K&K Infratech Co. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Site Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, managing onsite labor, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Site Supervision:

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
• Manage resources, labor, and materials efficiently.

1. Reading & Implementing Construction Drawings:

• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
• Ensure the project is executed as per the approved drawings and design specifications.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings and provide necessary solutions.

1. Labor & Contractor Management:

• Supervise and coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and maintain work discipline.
• Resolve onsite issues and ensure high productivity.

1. Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets industry standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local construction laws and JDA-approved norms.

1. Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Assist in budgeting, material procurement, and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills Required:? Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

? Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management.

? Skills:

• Proficiency in Reading AutoCAD, MS Project Drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
