Qualifications & Skills: - Demonstrable experience of at least 12 years in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions within AI-focused enterprises. - Profound expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and model deployment. - Hands-on familiarity with ML frameworks and leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Proven track record of scaling AI/ML infrastructure and optimizing models for superior performance and cost-effectiveness. - Comprehensive understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices. - Proficiency in MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving acumen, strategic thinking, and adept stakeholder management skills. - Ability to attract, nurture, and retain top engineering talent in a competitive marketplace.
