Job Description
As an Engineer - PPC, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production of motors. Your key duties will include planning for the Machine Shop and Winding production, evaluating raw materials requirements, ensuring timely material availability in coordination with the Purchase and subcontracting team, creating MIS reports, and effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will be managing inventory levels and preparing inventory reports to support operational efficiency. To excel in this role, it is essential to possess knowledge in Excel and SAP. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in the Motor Manufacturing, Pump, or Engineering industry, you are well-equipped to succeed in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including provided food, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there is a yearly bonus opportunity.
