Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Engineer - Customer Support at Office 2000 Solutions Private Limited in New Delhi. The Associate Engineer will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting audiovisual systems, and offering technical support. They will also handle field service tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repairs. Requirements Qualifications Customer Support and Technical Support skills Troubleshooting experience with audiovisual systems Strong communication skills Experience in field service tasks Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team AVIXA certification is a plus Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field Benefits Salary: As per Industry Standard PF as per standard Local Conveyance Reimbursement Incentives: Performance based Appraisal: Once in a year in April.
