Key Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in the CX and ITSM domains Proficient in delivering demos that tell a compelling story Customer-first and consultative approach Familiarity with SaaS-based CX tools, strong configuration skills, and project management abilities 3. EX Consultant Shape Employee Experience solutions through a consultative approach, strong demo skills, and a deep understanding of ITSM and EX domains.
