About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing targeted email campaigns, improving deliverability and engagement, and contributing to lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns. Write compelling and concise email content tailored to different audience segments. Segment mailing lists based on user data, behavior, and campaign needs. Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide performance insights. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs. Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Maintain clean and up-to-date contact databases. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for coordinated campaigns. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 13 years of experience in email or digital marketing. Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
