Lubi Solar division operates state of the art, fully automatic solar module manufacturing line and leading solar panel manufacturing company in India.Lubi strives to meet and exceed customer satisfaction by delivering world class quality products with exception Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Design & Development Engineer with a strong background in SMPS (Switched-Mode Power Supply) design and proficiency in various PCB design tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronic circuit design, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize SMPS circuits for various applications. Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure designs meet performance and reliability standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic designs into larger systems. Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, changes, and revisions. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electronic design. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in SMPS design and implementation. Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles. Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional PCB design tools and software.
