Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain a variety of electrical, electronic, and plumbing equipment. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can handle a wide range of maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance and Repairs:

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and components to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical panels, switchboards, and other electrical installations.

Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and water supply lines.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, and sinks.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations.

Equipment Service and Maintenance:

• Service and maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment, including appliances, HVAC systems, and other machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all relevant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and plumbing codes and standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in electrical and plumbing systems.
