Job Description:Rooplaxmi Electricals is seeking a skilled and experienced On-Site Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, particularly related to DG sets (Diesel Generator sets). This role will involve working directly on-site to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems, with a primary focus on panel maintenance and associated electrical infrastructure.

• Key Responsibilities:Panel Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical panels associated with DG sets.
• Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in on-site electrical systems, particularly related to generators and panels.
• Installation and Setup: Assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, panels, and DG sets on various sites.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and related equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• System Testing: Test and calibrate electrical systems and panels, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes, standards, and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including reports of electrical work performed on-site.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other on-site staff to ensure seamless operations and effective troubleshooting.
• Requirements:Experience: At least 2 years of on-site electrical work experience, with a strong focus on panel maintenance and DG set operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling electrical panels, wiring, and associated components, with specialized knowledge of DG sets.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical safety protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices.
• Certifications: Relevant electrical certifications (ITI, Diploma, or equivalent) preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physical tasks, including working in confined spaces and elevated positions.
• Communication: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report issues.
• Location: Must be available to work on-site at various locations as required by the company.
• Preferred Skills:Experience with automated electrical systems or control panels.
