Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Electrical Engineer at SMART OHM in Bengaluru. The Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Installation and service of Home Automation, Home Theatre and Security Systems. The job requires quick learning and problem solving skills with good customer communication, providing issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- (Electrical) ITI or Engineering Graduate is preferred
- Ability to create effective training materials
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with IoT and smart home automation systems is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field is preferred
