Job Description
Location : Sipcot Perundurai Position : Maintenance Supervisor Industry : FMCG or any Manufacturing Industry Experience : 3-5 years Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership:Leading and directing the maintenance team, setting priorities, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Maintenance Planning and Execution:Developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, scheduling repairs and replacements, and managing breakdowns. Budget Management:Creating and managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation. Safety Compliance:Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment for the team. Equipment and Facility Management:Overseeing the condition of all equipment and facilities, identifying areas for improvement, and managing upgrades. Performance Management:Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, analyzing data, and reporting on progress. Inventory Management:Managing spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs. Vendor Management:Working with external vendors for specialized maintenance services or equipment procurement. Continuous Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implementing best practices.
