Job Responsibilities As a member of project team, be responsible for the electrical design and program design of equipment developing Electrical Design : Draw various layout diagrams, mounting diagrams and edit technological requirement documents of electrical installation, BOM of electrical elements. Integration of PLCs and Microcontrollers : You would play a key role in integrating PLCs and Microcontrollers into larger electrical systems and machinery. This involves selecting the appropriate PLC hardware and peripherals based on project requirements, designing the control logic to achieve desired functionality, and integrating PLCs with other control systems, Servo, VFD, sensors, actuators, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). PLC and Microcontroller Programming:You would write, test, and debug PLC and microcontroller codes to implement control algorithms, logic sequences, and safety interlocks. This may include developing complex control strategies for processes such as manufacturing, material handling, packaging, and automated testing.Software programming and program debugging depending on the electrical principle; System Testing and Validation: You would be responsible for testing and validating PLC & Microcontroller - based control systems to ensure they meet performance specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This involves conducting simulations, emulation, and real-world testing to verify system functionality, reliability, and robustness Documentation: Be responsible for sorting out, collecting and uploading electrical design and program design, updating the files, creating manuals. Research and study new technology and new product, promote the application of new technologies; Formulate standards for electric and program, write related operate instructions, update and promote the usage standards; Accomplish other tasks temporarily assigned by the Department Head. Required Candidates Profile : Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Diploma with relevant experience also will be considered Should have knowledge of PLC (Delta, Fatek, Omron, Siemens, Fuji, Mitsubishi & AB) HMI (Fatek, Kinco, Mitsubishi, Fuji, Weintek & AB) Programming, SCADA & HMI Design Software, VFD Parameterization, Servo Drives interfacing with PLC, Motion Controllers, Barcode, Encoder integration Autocad and EPLAN with a strong background in Electrical Designing. Familiar with RS485, RS232, Ethernet, CAN communication, Profibus etc. Familiar with inductive, capacitive, photoelectric, temperature, pressure and flow sensors. Execution of project installation & commissioning Knowledge of PLC and Microcontroller Material selection for the project The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work well within a team, and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
