- Visit Dealer Partners as per the defined Visit Calendar / Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
- Inspection of products as per the defined SOPs / Warranty Documents
- Packing of approved defective material as per the standard packaging policy
- Provide Inspection Report to Dealer Partners after duly checking of quantities and weight
- Get the material dispatched through Authorised Reverse Logistics Partner
