Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Various maintenance like Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive of CNC Milling, Turning and Grinding machines. Identifying and carrying out Kaizen and Continual Improvement projects. This role requires a strong background CNC machine Maintenance and service, and experience in troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical works related to the machine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance in Shift
- Attending to the breakdown calls and carrying out the planned PM works.
- Minimising the machine down times and reducing the maintenance and repair cost.
- Follow ups with service vendors and suppliers for service and spares.
- Carrying out Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical and mechanical works.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Machine controls like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi.
- Experience in Ladder Logic reading and modifying as per requirement.
- Experience in 4th axis and 5th Axis integration with machine controls
- Experience with hydraulic power packs for fixtures.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
