Job Description
Elastic Stack Support Engineers (L1/L2) Openings: 5 Experience: 23 Years CTC: 56 LPA Key Responsibilities: Provide 24x7 monitoring and support for Elastic Stack. Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and BAU operations. Assist in log ingestion, dashboard updates, and user queries. Coordinate with SMEs and DevOps engineers for escalations. Requirements: Working knowledge of Kibana, Elasticsearch, and log pipelines. Experience in L1/L2 support and monitoring environments. Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night support.
