You will be responsible for solving technical problems to ensure uptime and performance of the ELK cluster for observability solution. You will take responsibility for solving technical issues around Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana and underlying infrastructure, including configuration and tuning and performance. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for support Take ownership for resolving tickets in timely manner Monitor and optimize the performance of Elasticsearch clusters to ensure system stability, reliability, and scalability Apply updates and patches to keep the cluster up-to-date and in line with organizational policies Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards in Kibana to support business needs Perform regular backups and recovery operations for Elasticsearch clusters Communicate with customer and internal team regarding problems reported and solved status in timely and effective manner Document Elasticsearch configurations, procedures and best practices Experience and Essential skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in technical team supporting ELK cluster Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting production setup Experience in configuration parameters, indexing, search and query performance tuning, security and administration of ELK cluster Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. Good understanding of Indices Mapping, Index management such as archiving, reindexing, sharding etc. Hands on experience of working on the Linux operating system Experience with cloud services and on-premises platforms. (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
