Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer (Fresher) at MeghalaiSteels Pvt Ltd in Ganapathy/Keeranatham, Coimbatore, TN, you will be responsible for the upkeep of Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines and Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) cranes. Your role will involve supporting machining and material handling operations under the guidance of experienced engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with routine and preventive maintenance of VMC machines. This will involve inspecting tooling wear, adjusting offsets, and ensuring machining accuracy meets tolerances. Additionally, you will be required to support minor troubleshooting of mechanical issues related to VMC machines. In terms of EOT crane maintenance, you will participate in scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance activities. Your duties will include assisting in breakdown maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, wiring checks, contactor, and motor maintenance for EOT cranes. This is a Full-time, Permanent role with an in-hand salary of 15,000 per month, depending on your performance and responsibilities.
