Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Educational Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths. You will play a crucial role in converting leads into enrollments, addressing inquiries, and helping candidates make informed decisions about their education journey.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Student Interaction & Counselling:
* Counsel students over phone, email, or in-person meetings regarding courses, admission process, and career options.
* Understand student requirements and provide personalized course recommendations.
* Explain program details, university tie-ups, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
? Lead Management:
* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and walk-ins.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate student data and status.
* Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and consistent follow-up.
? Admission Process Support:
* Assist students in application submission, document collection, and payment process.
* Coordinate with academic coordinators, admission teams,

* Provide daily/weekly reports on counselling performance and conversion ratios.
* Gather feedback from students to improve the counselling experience and program offerings.
