Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and approachable Education Counselor to guide prospective students in making informed career decisions. The counselor will be responsible for providing complete information about our animation and graphic design courses, assessing students interests and abilities, and enrolling them in suitable programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in inquiries and counsel students on available courses, career options, and benefits of joining Anilee Animation. Respond to telephonic and online inquiries with prompt and informative communication. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their aspirations, eligibility, and guide them accordingly. Maintain follow-up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions. Assist students with the enrollment process, documentation, and fee structure clarification. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions. Support marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
