About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Education Counsellors. This is a voice-based role where you will guide students/parents about educational courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding educational courses
Provide information about courses, fees, and admission process
Counsel students/parents to choose suitable programs
Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups
Achieve daily call targets.
