We are currently hiring for the role of Education Counselor with a premium client in the education sector, known for its nationwide presence and commitment to academic excellence.
Role Highlights:
- Job Title: Education Counselor (Sales & Counseling)

- Salary: Up to 5 LPA (CTC)
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekends are working)
- Shift: Day Shift
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to make 200+ calls per day and convert leads into walk-ins or admissions
- Target-driven with a passion for student engagement and counseling
- Graduate or postgraduate preferred
- Prior sales or tele-counseling experience is an added advantage
