About Job: E-commerce Manager

Job Location: Chaura Rasta Jaipur

Role & responsibilities

• Product Cataloging (Listing/pricing/updating)
• Inventory Management
• Day-to-Day Inventory auditing according to the trends in sales.
• Coordinating with content creation team for photo & video shoots for new inventory
• Order Processing & Updates
• Orders Follow Up
• Working in harmony with sales, marketing & content creation teams.
• Sending updates about sales trends & demand forecasting to management.
• Working with production team & vendors for new orders & product supply
• Follow-Up With Customers Where Required
• Assist All Incoming Customer Enquiries Through Various Online Channels (English)
• Continuously Learn About The Products And Services We Offer.

Preferred candidate profile

• Energetic Applicant With Good Academia & Sound Mind.

• Experienced Applicants Are Welcome, If Not Then We Will Provide You Short Training.

• Good Command In English (Fluency Is Bonus)

• Have Knowledge Of Computers, Ms-Office, Ms-Excel.

• Hopefully Good At Math for Day-To-Day Tasks
