Job Description

As a Customer Engagement and Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to identify walk-in customers at the store and convert them into painting service clients. You will offer at-home consultations to assist customers with product and shade selection, as well as provide quotations as required. Additionally, you will coordinate with painting contractors to develop and manage work schedules that meet customer needs and timelines. Your role will also involve daily visits to construction sites near the store location to engage with potential clients and generate leads. This fieldwork will require traveling approximately 20 km daily based on customer and project requirements. Furthermore, you will participate in local events and activities to generate new leads and contribute to business growth. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convert leads into sales. Previous experience in field sales, particularly in the paint or home improvement industry, is preferred. Being self-motivated and efficient in time management are essential qualities for this position. It is mandatory to own a bike for daily travel to customer locations and construction sites within a 20 km radius. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Tamil, with Hindi being an added advantage. Educational qualification required for this role is any graduate degree.
