Seeking a qualified early childhood educator or Montessori-trained teacher to engage a 22-month-old child with structured developmental activities, while maintaining discipline and routine. This is for a single-parent household reliability, responsibility, and professionalism are critical. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a structured daily learning and play plan focusing on language and speech development, fine and gross motor skills activities, cognitive games, puzzles, music, art, storytelling, reading sessions, and following existing feeding, nap, and hygiene routines. Additionally, preparing light, toddler-appropriate meals/snacks, providing daily updates and feedback to the parent, ensuring safety, and positive behavior reinforcement at all times. We are looking for an early childhood educator, Montessori-certified, or equivalent experience with toddlers aged 18-24 months. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development milestones, possess a calm, patient, and energetic personality, and be professional, trustworthy, and accountable as the single mother depends fully on you when on duty. Proficiency in English and Hindi, non-smoker, and clean personal habits are also required. Salary offered is 20,000 per month with working hours from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Immediate start date can be arranged. Live-out option is preferred for teachers, and the location is Khar, Mumbai.,
